1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and y7777 ("y7777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the y7777 online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at y7777.asia and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of y7777, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the y7777 Platform or any other gambling platform operated under the PAGCOR framework.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access the full features of the y7777 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active y7777 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, y7777 will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This typically involves submitting a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card) and proof of address. y7777 may request additional documentation at any time.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party. y7777 will never ask for your password via any channel.
• Account Suspension: y7777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the y7777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. y7777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Accepted Payment Methods: y7777 accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers are processed on the same business day, subject to banking hours.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. y7777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as the y7777 account.
• Source of Funds: y7777 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

y7777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your account.
• y7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the y7777 system. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.

• y7777 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or exploitation of a game vulnerability.

• Collusion between players in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y7777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, y7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond y7777's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by third-party game providers.

y7777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your y7777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. y7777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to y7777's legal retention obligations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

y7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, y7777 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and y7777, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

y7777 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Certain disputes relating to gaming fairness may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulations.
